Britney Spears runs for both her body and mental state.
The popstar has seen her weight go up and down over the years, but now enjoys a healthy lifestyle with plenty of exercise.She's been showing off her toned figure in campaigns for her underwear range Intimate Britney Spears and finds going for a jog both beneficial to her physique and mind.
"I run not just for my body but for my mental state. I like the way it makes me feel," she told People magazine, adding that she likes yoga, swimming, and hiking too.
As well as sweating it out with exercise, Britney also enjoys pampering herself.
As a busy mother of two - she has sons Jayden, eight, and Sean, nine, with her ex-husband Kevin Federline - she doesn't always have time to relax. But when she does get a minute to herself she'll indulge in facials, massages and manicures
"I love being pampered," she smiled.
It's not all body prep that Britney embraces; she also doesn't deny herself a treat when she wants one.
Pralines and cream and cookie dough ice cream, hot dogs and pizza are three of her guiltiest pleasures.
"I could live on it!" she admitted.
Britney, 33, is currently loved up with TV producer Charlie Ebersol, who gets on great with her boys.
The singer has previously spoken about how her body changed after having children.
"After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape," she explained to Women's Health magazine.
"But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I've had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise. Consistency is key.
